How do I top up my GIFT CARD?

The PAK'nSAVE GIFT CARDS can only be loaded or topped up once.

When you have selected the card you wish to purchase you need to take it to one of our friendly operators who will load the nominated amount to the card.

Can I use my Gift Card as soon as I receive it? Yes. Your Gift Card will be activated at the time of purchase

How does the person receiving the GIFT CARD use it?

PAK'nSAVE GIFT CARDS can be redeemed for goods sold at any PAK'nSAVE store in New Zealand. To redeem the GIFT CARD in store, simply present them to our friendly operators at the time of purchase.

Can I use a Gift Card and another method of payment to pay for my order?
Yes. If you wish to use your Gift Card to purchase merchandise at a price exceeding the value remaining on your Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method. The available payment methods are the same as for purchasing a Gift Card. If the price is less than the value remaining on your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your Card for use on another occasion.

Can I get a balance of my GIFT CARD online?

The answer is simply yes! You will need to go to http://www.giftstation.co.nz/ and follow the simple to use instructions........ or you may get a balance from instore.

Can GIFT CARDS be returned?

GIFT CARDS cannot be returned because the GIFT CARD value is activated at the time of purchase. GIFT CARDS are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.

I'm accessing this site from outside New Zealand . Can I still purchase the PAK'nSAVE GIFT CARD?

PAK'nSAVE GIFT CARDS can only be purchased in store therefore cannot not be purchased from overseas.

A Gift Card cannot be replaced and PAK'nSAVE shall not be responsible for any Gift Card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.

A Gift Card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card at expiry will not be refunded or credited

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another gift card.

A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount between $10 and $1000. Gift Cards can be purchased and are redeemable either at PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE or any PAK'nSAVE store nationwide.
