TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Christmas Club is run and guaranteed by Foodstuffs (Wellington) Co-operative Society which operates PAK'nSAVE stores in the Lower North Island being; Wellington, Horowhenua, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Wanganui & Taranaki areas only.
- Customers can join the PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club by filling in the attached application form and can add money onto their new Christmas Club card at any local PAK'nSAVE stores in the Lower North Island, or by automatic payment through their bank. The attached form needs to be filled in and signed in order to join, and there is also a form to set up automatic payments.
- If you change your mind you have 7 days from the date of joining to cancel membership of your Christmas Club by notice to us, and obtain a refund of any amounts you have deposited by written notice to Foodstuffs Wellington. A refund of any amounts you have in your account will then be made to you by Foodstuffs Wellington. Cancellation of membership for hardship cases will be considered on application to store management. Bonus value will not be refunded where the member cancels their membership.
- Payments can be added to your Christmas Club at any time during the year at your local PAK'nSAVE stores, or any other PAK'nSAVE stores in the Lower North Island.
- You will be able to access details of your Christmas Club balance at any time by logging onto www.paknsave.co.nz or phoning 0800 PK XMAS (0800 75 9627).
- Christmas Club cards are not a credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club year runs from 1 December to 30 November. Any payments made in December will be valid for the following December.
- Christmas Club funds can only be used in PAK'nSAVE stores for goods in store.
- Any amounts stored on your card which you do not spend during December and January will be carried over to the next year. However any outstanding balance on your card will become the property of Foodstuffs Wellington if you do not use your card for payments or redeeming for a period of 24 months or more.
- If you lose your card or change your contact details you must let us know immediately by ringing 0800 PK XMAS (0800 75 9627) or logging on to www.paknsave.co.nz.
- You are entirely responsible for the security of your card, and we will not reimburse you for any unauthorized use of your card. Foodstuffs Wellington will not be liable to you in any circumstances for any loss or damage you incur in connection with your Christmas Club.
- Information provided to PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club, will be held at Foodstuffs Wellington. Information collected will be used by PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club, its agents and service providers for the purpose of providing and obtaining offers and services relating to the PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club programme.
- Information from the database will also be used by PAK'nSAVE for marketing purposes, planning, product development and research.
- Each member consents to the collection and use of their personal and other information in the manner set out above and the disclosure of such information to PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club' agents and for the purposes of operating the PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club.
- PAK'nSAVE reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Christmas Club or any other offer at any time we deem appropriate, in which all rights under these terms will cease. We will endeavor to give you reasonable advice notice of suspension or cancellation by notification on www.paknsave.co.nz or otherwise notifying you.
- The Christmas Club bonuses will vary as the year progresses. Please see FAQ's for dates and discounts currently available. Please note that these are subject to change.
